Help others start connecting. We are looking for businesses, schools or organizations that want to align themselves with the Hello There Human mission by becoming an advocate.
As an advocate, your business, school or organization has the opportunity to help spread the message as well as give back to your community and support Active Mind mental health advocacy by encouraging patrons, students, and the community to connect more human-to-human by using the tools, promotions and resources offered by Hello There Human.
Playing the Hello There Human Game is a great way for your patrons, members, employees, residents, volunteers or students to ignite connection.
Place of Worships
Give your members the opportunity to really get to know other members by playing the game.
Create a volunteer opportunity for your members (such as a youth group). Go to a local coffee shop or nearby retirement center and play the game with new humans in need of connection and conversation.
Opportunity to invite members of another faith for coffee and a game at your place of worship. Play the game and find appreciation in your differences and seek out your commonality.
Put the game in a common space such as a lunch room, employees can use it as tool to help break the ice and get to know their co-workers better.
Use the game as a team building exercise for training sessions to add some light-hearted fun and connection among employees and supervisors.
Put the game in a common area to help residents connect with other residents through shared stories.
Use the game to help staff members get to know their residents better.
Keep the game on hand for when family members or volunteers come to visit. Use it as a tool to help encourage conversation and connection to the outside world.
Use the game in a classroom to encourage students to connect with other students that they otherwise wouldn't.
It could be a class assignment with students taking the game home to play it with their family and reporting back.
A great way to get students to put down their phone away and practice the art of conversation face-to-face.
Play the game in class and use it as a springboard to have a class discussion on mental health and the importance of creating human-to-human connections.
Coffee Shop or Restaurants
Have the game available to encourage patrons to put down their devices and enjoyably interact with one another.
A great way for patrons to break the ice with new friend that they've met for coffee.
